My Approach
Therapy is not a ‘one size fits all’ type of design because everyone brings their own unique perspective and background to the table. I want to sit at your table, explore that perspective, and help you create and reach realistic/attainable goals.
I help clients with finding coping skills, managing stress (work, relationship, family, life), creating/improving self care routines, inner child work, relationship troubles, setting boundaries, and managing symptoms of various diagnoses. I specialize in ADHD, inner child work, and victims of narcissistic abuse.
I am licensed in Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I received my MA in Applied Clinical Psychology and my BA in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. I have worked at Yale University - School of Medicine as a Clinical Research Counselor and as an Outpatient Mental Health Counselor at a nonprofit organization in Pennsylvania.
I am currently taking clients (ages 18+) for telehealth therapy.

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis

All major credit cards are accepted through EHR (Simple Practice). HSA cards are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or late reschedules made within 4 hours of the scheduled session time will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may apply at therapists discretion.
Consultations
All future clients are provided a free 15 minute consultation prior to scheduling an intake session
