My Approach
Therapy is not a ‘one size fits all’ type of design and I make sure to customize treatment to the specific needs of my clients. I want to help you create and reach realistic and attainable goals that make you feel like you are overcoming the obstacles that are in your way.
My goal is to help you apply the tools you learn in therapy in your everyday life - that is where the real change happens.
I specialize in ADHD, recovery from narcissistic abuse, and inner child work. However, I also help clients with a wide range of diagnoses (see Therapeutic Focus tab) find and apply coping skills that actually work, manage stress, create/improve self care routines, set boundaries, and I work a lot on helping you gain your power back in every way, shape, and form.
I am a licensed LPC/LMHC in the states of Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I am fully virtual (telehealth only) and accept clients ages 18+.

40-45 minutes $115 - $135
50-55 minutes $140 - $150

Payments
All major credit cards and HSA cards are accepted through EHR (Simple Practice).
Insurance:
Out of Network Provider (Self Pay)
Complimentary superbills provided at the end of each month
You may have out of network benefits through your insurance. Depending on your policy, you may be reimbursed for therapy through your insurance. Please contact me and I would be happy to discuss this more.
Reduced Fees
Reduced fee services are available for those who need them. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
Consultations
All future clients are provided a free 15 minute consultation prior to scheduling an intake session
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or late reschedules made within 12 hours of the scheduled session time will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may apply at therapists discretion.
